We were hired to collaborate with in-house marketing and engineering to bring to Super-Soakers, a new sense of style and a broader price range.
Owner Myung Song’s new philosophy after the initial launch, was that if the product looked “cool”, kids would crave, bigger and better blasters every summer! He was right! Over the course of our long relationship, Super-soaker sales improved so dramatically that the Nerf brand to added to the artillery and we got to design those too! ! Thanks to inventor Lonnie Johnson’s imagination, there was never a lack of new features for us to stylize! The amazing toy line was eventually acquired by Hasbro becoming one of their classic brands.
